On 12th and 13th of September 2026 (Saturday & Sunday), the Malaysian Parliament (Parlimen Malaysia) has hosted an open day in conjunction with the establishment of the highest legislation institution building that was built near Taman Botani Kuala Lumpur 67 years ago, back in the year 1963.
To celebrate the occasion of the Malaysian Parliament 67th Anniversary, and since it is the Merdeka month, OKITO continues his tradition of revisiting the Parliament building once again. OKITO visits the Malaysian Parliament on the 2nd day of their open house, which is on 13th September 2026 (Sunday).
For the information, this is his 4th time in the Parliament building.
The first ever visit was the 2023 Parliament Open Day hosted by the Parliament itself.
The second time was a school-trip hosted by OKITO's Form 6 college, Kolej Tingkatan Enam (Prauniversiti) Petaling Jaya (KTEPJ).
The third visit was a group-trip hosted by Yang Berhormat Rajiv Rishyakaran, the State Assemblymen (ADUN) for the district of Bukit Gasing.
OKITO's exploration of the Parliament building was documented, edited and uploaded on the Google Wai Kit (GWK) YouTube channel. The video can be watched at https://youtu.be/QyYiwLcrDA0.
OKITO visits the Parliament building via LRT and the free shuttle van service. The free shuttle van departs from KL Sentral and arrives at the Parliament vicinity.
OKITO enters the Parliament building as early as 9:00 am, where there are many booths from various ministries and departments. Then, OKITO enters the House of Representative (Dewan Rakyat) and the House of Senators (Dewan Negara).
OKITO ends the Parliament visit by browsing on the F&B booth and trucks outside of the Parliament building.
